Greenhouse Camel Cricket
Tachycines asynamorus

Adults inhabit humid greenhouses, cellars, and other sheltered spaces with plentiful hiding places. Mostly active at night, they forage on fungi, plant material, and small invertebrates or carrion. Despite its cricket name, this species is wingless; its arched body, extremely long legs, and powerful leap give it a camel-like silhouette.
