Darkwinged Fungus Gnat
Bradysia tilicola

Adults occur around moist woodland, gardens, greenhouses, and other places rich in fungi and decaying vegetation. They fly in short, delicate bursts through shaded vegetation, and may take nectar or other surface moisture while seeking mates and egg-laying sites. The adult's notably dark wings give this small gnat its common name.
