Ghost Swift
Hepialus humuli

Adult ghost swifts fly over grasslands, hedgerows, and damp meadows, most often around dusk. Males perform hovering display flights above vegetation to attract females, while the short-lived adults take little or no food. Males are especially notable for their pale, silvery-white hindwings, which flash conspicuously in low light.
