Broad-barred Goby
Gobiodon histrio
Broad-barred gobies live closely among branching Acropora corals on Indo-Pacific reefs. They hover and dart through the branches to catch small crustaceans and other drifting prey. Adults are territorial around favored coral colonies and can retreat deep into the branches when threatened.
