Neon Goby
Elacatinus oceanops
Adult neon gobies inhabit shallow Caribbean coral reefs, often remaining close to a favored cleaning station. They feed by removing parasites, mucus, and small invertebrates from larger fishes. Unlike many cleaner fish, they are notable for continuing their cleaning behavior throughout adulthood.
