Ocellated Moray
Gymnothorax ocellatus

The adult ocellated moray lives among tropical reef ledges, coral cavities, and rocky bottoms. It is mainly nocturnal, ambushing fishes and crustaceans from cover with a rapid bite. Like other morays, it has a second set of pharyngeal jaws that helps pull prey deeper into the throat.
