Harvestman
Opilio canestrinii

The adult harvestman occupies leaf litter, walls, gardens, and woodland vegetation, often resting in shaded crevices by day. It hunts small insects and other invertebrates with its chelicerae, while also feeding opportunistically on decaying material and plant matter. When threatened, it can shed a leg or emit a pungent defensive secretion from scent glands. Its extremely long legs are used for sensing the surroundings as well as walking.
