Yellow Watchman Goby
Cryptocentrus cinctus
Adults live on sandy bottoms near coral reefs, usually beside a burrow shared with a snapping shrimp. They ambush small crustaceans, worms, and other tiny invertebrates from near the burrow entrance. A watchful goby can signal danger to its shrimp partner with body and tail movements.
