Ambiguous Moth
Lascoria ambigualis
Adult ambiguous moths are active mainly after dark in wooded edges and overgrown clearings. They fly between cover and may visit flowers for nectar while avoiding predators with erratic flight. Their subdued wing markings make them difficult to notice when settled against bark or dead leaves.
