White-striped Black Moth
Trichodezia albovittata
Adults fly at night through wooded areas, thickets, and gardens where currants and gooseberries grow. They rest quietly by day and may visit flowers for nectar after dark. The black wings marked with bold white bands make this small geometer moth distinctive.
