Wrinkled Hornbill
Rhabdotorrhinus corrugatus

The adult is a canopy-dwelling hornbill of lowland and peat-swamp forests in Sundaland, especially Borneo, Sumatra, and nearby regions. It feeds heavily on figs and other fruits, but may also take insects and small vertebrates. Strong flight lets it travel between scattered fruiting trees, and the large ridged bill helps handle food and display to rivals. During breeding, the female seals herself into a tree cavity and relies on the male to deliver food through a narrow slit.
