Green Clinging Crab
Mithraculus sculptus

Adults inhabit shallow Caribbean and Gulf reef habitats, especially crevices, rubble fields, and algae-covered hard surfaces. They use stout claws to scrape algae, including bubble algae, and also consume detritus and small invertebrates. Despite their compact size, they can cling securely to uneven rock and coral in moving water.
