Triphosa dubitata

This nocturnal moth inhabits woodland, scrub, gardens, and hedgerows where its larval food plants grow. Adults drink nectar and other available liquids with a long proboscis, flying mainly after dark. When at rest, the mottled brown wings resemble a dry leaf or patch of bark, making the moth difficult to notice.
