Garden Pebble
Mimudea forficalis
Garden Pebbles are small moths found in gardens, hedgerows, and open grassy places where cruciferous plants grow. Adults are most active at dusk and at night, flying low through vegetation and visiting small flowers for nectar. The pale, mottled pattern on the folded wings resembles a tiny weathered pebble, giving this moth its common name.
