Hypericum Rhopalid
Rhopalus subrufus

Adults occur in open grassland, hedgerows, and rough field edges where their host plants grow. They feed by piercing stems, seeds, and developing fruits with a sucking beak. Fully developed wings allow them to fly between patches of vegetation; despite belonging to the scentless plant bug family, they are not stink bugs.
