Carnation Tortrix
Cacoecimorpha pronubana

The adult carnation tortrix is a small moth found around gardens, crops, hedgerows, and other vegetation-rich habitats. It is mainly active at dusk and during the night, flying between host plants to feed and reproduce. Females lay egg masses on suitable foliage, beginning another generation of leaf-feeding caterpillars.
