Thread-winged Lacewing
Nemoptera bipennis

Adults occur in warm, dry grasslands, scrub, and open woodland, often flying low among flowers and vegetation. They feed chiefly on nectar and other sugary plant fluids, while moving between patches with a delicate, fluttering flight. Their greatly elongated hind wings trail behind them as distinctive ribbon-like streamers.
