Russet-crowned Warbler
Myiothlypis coronata

The Russet-crowned Warbler inhabits damp montane forest and dense shrubby edges in the northern Andes. It moves actively through low vegetation, gleaning insects and spiders from leaves and twigs. A rich rufous crown marks this otherwise subdued, small warbler.
