Rush Veneer
Nomophila noctuella

Adult Rush Veneers occur in grassland, wetlands, gardens, and other open habitats, often becoming active after dusk. They drink nectar from flowers and can disperse widely by sustained flight. Their narrow, mottled wings provide effective camouflage when the moth rests with its wings folded over its body.
