Citrus Mealybug
Planococcus citri

The adult emerging from the pupal pathway is a small winged male that lives briefly among infested citrus and other host plants. Unlike sap-feeding females, it does not feed as an adult and instead flies in search of mates. Its pronounced sexual dimorphism is notable: adult females are larger, wingless, and covered in conspicuous white wax.
