Long-tailed Mealybug
Pseudococcus longispinus

Adult long-tailed mealybugs inhabit ornamental plants, fruit crops, and greenhouse vegetation in warm regions. Females feed by drawing sap from stems and leaves, producing honeydew that can encourage sooty mould growth. The adult female is recognized by its long waxy tail filaments, which extend beyond the body.
