Clay Triple-lines
Cyclophora linearia

Adult Clay Triple-lines moths inhabit deciduous woodland, hedgerows, and gardens with suitable broad-leaved trees. They fly chiefly after dark, resting flat against bark or foliage during the day. The pale wings bear fine brown cross-lines that break up the moth's outline while it is at rest.
