Ashy Button
Acleris sparsana
The adult Ashy Button is a small, muted grey-brown moth of woodland edges, hedges, and gardens. It flies chiefly at night and rests quietly on bark or among dead leaves during the day. Adults drink nectar and other available fluids, while their mottled wings provide effective camouflage when folded.
