Orange-tipped Redrove Beetle
Anthocomus rufus
Adults occur on flowers and foliage in open woodland edges, hedgerows, and clearings. They feed on pollen and nectar but may also seize small insects when available. The beetle can fly between plants, and its bright orange-tipped coloration makes it conspicuous among greenery.
