Eyed Ladybird
Anatis ocellata

Adult Eyed Ladybirds inhabit deciduous woodland, hedgerows, and gardens, often searching trees and shrubs for prey. They eat aphids and other small insects, using their jaws to pick prey from leaves and bark. Adults fly readily between feeding patches and sheltered resting sites. The name comes from the large eye-like spots visible on its red wing cases.
