Raspberry Fruitworm
Byturus unicolor
The adult raspberry fruitworm is a small brown beetle found on raspberry, blackberry, and related bramble plants. It feeds on flower parts, pollen, and tender foliage, and readily flies between plants during the breeding season. Females lay eggs on blossoms so the newly hatched larvae can enter developing fruit.
