Boyd's Forest Dragon
Lophosaurus boydii

Adults inhabit cool, humid rainforest from the forest floor to trunks and low branches in northeastern Queensland. They hunt insects, spiders, and other small invertebrates, often remaining motionless before lunging at prey. A notable feature is the prominent crest of spines along the head and back, which is displayed during territorial encounters.
