Sculptured Mitten Lobster
Parribacus antarcticus

Adults live on tropical reefs and nearby sandy or rubble-strewn seafloors, usually sheltering by day. They emerge at night to feed on bottom-dwelling invertebrates, carrion, and other small animals. Rather than bearing oversized claws, this slipper lobster is notable for its broad, shovel-like antennae and heavily armored, flattened body.
