Squash Beetle
Epilachna borealis
Adult squash beetles inhabit vegetable gardens, farm fields, and woodland edges where cucurbit plants grow. They feed on leaves of squash, pumpkins, melons, and related plants, leaving damaged, skeletonized foliage behind. The yellow-orange adults bear dark spots and can fly between host plants.
