Clown Triggerfish
Balistoides conspicillum

Adults inhabit clear tropical coral reefs, especially steep outer reef slopes and lagoons. They use powerful jaws to crush sea urchins, crustaceans, molluscs, and other hard-shelled prey. The species is one of the largest triggerfish, reaching about 50 centimetres long, and can lock its raised dorsal spine into a crevice for defense.
