Peacock Goby
Tateurndina ocellicauda

Adult peacock gobies inhabit slow freshwater creeks, ponds, and still backwaters with dense cover. They stalk and snap up insect larvae, small crustaceans, and other tiny animals. Males develop especially vivid blue, red, and yellow breeding colors and guard eggs laid inside a sheltered cavity.
