Small Flying Fox
Pteropus hypomelanus

Small flying foxes inhabit tropical islands, roosting in trees and flying out at dusk over forests, mangroves, and orchards. They feed chiefly on fruit, nectar, and blossoms, helping disperse seeds and pollinate plants. Unlike many smaller bats, flying foxes rely strongly on keen vision and smell while foraging.
