Hermissenda
Hermissenda crassicornis

This brightly coloured sea slug inhabits rocky coastal waters, tide pools, and kelp forests of the northeastern Pacific. It actively hunts hydroids, anemones, and other small soft-bodied animals with its rasping radula. Stinging cells taken from cnidarian prey can be stored in its cerata for defense.
