Ricania Leafhopper
Ricania speculum
Adults rest on leaves and woody stems in subtropical and tropical vegetation, often remaining still until disturbed. They feed on plant sap with a slender piercing beak, then escape with quick jumps and short flights. Their broad, dark wings can blend with shaded foliage when folded over the body.
