Giant katydid
Siliquofera grandis

The adult giant katydid inhabits tropical rainforest vegetation, from low shrubs to the forest canopy. It feeds mainly on leaves and tender plant matter, using strong chewing mouthparts. Broad, leaflike wings conceal it among foliage and allow short flights; this is among the world's largest katydids.
