Wrestling Halfbeak
Dermogenys pusilla

Wrestling Halfbeaks inhabit slow-moving freshwater streams, ditches, and ponds, usually swimming just beneath the surface. They pick off insects, insect larvae, and small aquatic animals with their elongated lower jaws. Males use these jaws in vigorous wrestling bouts while competing with rivals.
