Medetera grisescens
Adult Medetera grisescens flies occur around tree trunks and wooded areas where bark insects are plentiful. They make quick, darting flights over bark surfaces and capture tiny insects as prey. Their long legs and agile flight allow them to search cracks and crevices on trees with precision.
