Rosy Wolfsnail
Euglandina rosea
Adult rosy wolfsnails inhabit moist forests, gardens, and disturbed tropical habitats. They are active predators of other snails and slugs, tracking prey by following its slime trail. Despite their shell, they are unusually swift for land snails and can extend their long bodies during a pursuit.
