Little Gull
Hydrocoloeus minutus

Little Gulls breed around shallow freshwater lakes, marshes, and wetlands, then often move to coastal waters outside the breeding season. They catch flying insects with agile aerial chases and also pick small aquatic invertebrates from the water surface. This is the world's smallest gull species, recognized by its dark underwings in breeding plumage.
