White-eared Bulbul
Pycnonotus leucotis

A small, active songbird of dry scrub, gardens, orchards, and open woodland across parts of the Middle East and South Asia. It moves quickly through bushes and low trees, feeding on berries, fruits, nectar, and small insects. Pairs are often conspicuous, perching in the open and giving bright calls while flicking between cover. Its bold white ear patch and dark head make it one of the more easily recognized bulbuls in its range.
