Southern Brown Tree Frog
Rawlinsonia ewingi

A small tree frog of southeastern Australia, often found in damp forests, wetlands, gardens, and suburban ponds. Mostly active at night, it climbs low vegetation and fences while hunting tiny insects and other invertebrates. Males give a repeated creaking call from near water during the breeding season. It is notably cold-tolerant for an Australian frog and can remain active in cool conditions.
