Pale Beauty
Campaea perlata

An adult geometrid moth of wooded habitats, often resting by day on leaves, bark, or shaded surfaces. It flies mostly at night and may visit flowers for nectar, though its main energy was stored from the larval feeding stage. The broad pale green to whitish wings are held flat at rest, helping it disappear against foliage. It is also commonly drawn to artificial lights during its summer flight period.
