Warehouse beetle
Trogoderma variabile

The adult is a tiny oval dermestid beetle found around stored products, warehouses, mills, nests, and pantry goods. It crawls readily and can fly, mainly to disperse, find mates, and reach new egg-laying sites. Adults feed little or not at all compared with the larvae, relying heavily on energy stored earlier in life. A notable pest trait is that eggs placed in stored material produce larvae that can persist in hidden cracks and continue an infestation.
