Spotted eagle ray
Aetobatus narinari

Adult spotted eagle rays range through warm coastal seas, reefs, lagoons, and open water. They use their broad fins to cruise gracefully above the seabed before digging out clams, snails, crustaceans, and other hard-shelled prey. Their flattened dental plates can crush shells, and they may leap clear of the water in spectacular jumps.
