Black-and-yellow Broadbill
Eurylaimus ochromalus

The Black-and-yellow Broadbill inhabits humid lowland rainforest and forest edges across Southeast Asia, usually keeping to the shaded middle and lower canopy. It waits quietly on a perch before making short flights to snatch insects, spiders, and other small prey from leaves or the air. Its striking black-and-yellow plumage is paired with an unusually broad, bright blue bill, well suited to catching prey.
