Western Gull
Larus occidentalis

Adult Western Gulls inhabit the Pacific coast of North America, especially rocky shores, islands, bays, and urban waterfronts. They are adaptable omnivores that catch marine prey, scavenge carrion, and raid nests for eggs or young birds. Adults have a white head and underside, gray back, and dark wing tips, and may live for decades.
