Cinderella Sea Slug
Hypselodoris apolegma

The adult Cinderella sea slug inhabits warm Indo-Pacific coral reefs, moving slowly across rocks and sponges. It feeds chiefly on selected sponges, rasping their tissue with its radula. Compounds obtained from its food contribute to chemical defenses, while its striking purple-and-yellow coloration advertises that it is an unappealing meal.
