Atlantic Canary Fledgling
Serinus canaria (fledgling)

The fledgling moves through shrubs, gardens, and open woodland after recently leaving the nest. It makes short, uncertain flights between perches while continuing to beg from its parents. Seeds form an increasing part of its diet, supplemented with small insects and tender plant material. Its duller, streaked plumage helps distinguish it from the brighter adult male.
