Miniature Awlsnail
Subulina octona

The miniature awlsnail inhabits humid gardens, leaf litter, compost, and disturbed tropical ground. It feeds on decaying vegetation, fungi, algae, and other organic films, usually foraging after rain or in damp cover. Its long, narrow shell gives the species its awl-like appearance, and it can retreat inside when threatened.
