Swan Goose Gosling
Anser cygnoides (gosling)

Swan goose goslings stay close to freshwater marshes, ponds, and grassy wetland edges. They swim readily from a young age, grazing on tender grasses and picking at small aquatic plants. Their downy plumage provides insulation, but they remain dependent on adults for protection while growing.
